"We have used Patty to purchase 3 properties in Flagstaff and sell 2 properties in Flagstaff. We have found her easy to work with, accommodating to our crazy schedules, and prompt at getting back to us when we have asked questions. When she was helping us sell one of our properties, we had a forest fire go through the property we were currently living in. We were evacuated and we relocated to our property that was for sale. We had NOTHING. She came and brought us sleeping bags, clothes, towels, and other items we would need until we could go back to our other home. She was also helping to arrange assistance in the event that our home had been lost to the fire. Thankfully it wasn't! After we were allowed to go back to our home, she came that day to help us evaluate what we needed to do and gave us recommendations for local tree and fence professionals that we could work with to recover from the damage the fire had caused. She listened to us and comforted us when we were emotionally shaken at the sheer amount of damage that had been done to our property. And, she celebrated with us in amazement that the fire did not burn our home (it came within 200 feet of the door!). We won't recommend or work with anyone else!"
